What the platform does.
Login — RAM SSO + local account
Sign in with a RAM corporate account (Azure SSO) or a local account for station access.
Reports by shift
Morning and night shifts with flight counts, activity report entry, and SLA check entry points.
Shift activity report
Structured delay, overbooking, cancellation, incident, and baggage reporting for the active shift.
SLA check per flight
Flight-level SLA checklist with compliance / non-compliance across arrival, boarding, check-in, and ramp.
SLA matrix — Business / Eco / Domestic
Large compliance matrix with three timed checks per cabin category and C / NC responses.
Management dashboard
Operational KPIs, punctuality N vs N-1 trends, conformity radar charts, and baggage delivery metrics.
Admin — users
Role-based user management with airport / zone assignments and active status controls.
Admin — SLA referential
Configurable SLA sections and items used as the source of truth for compliance checks.

Station affectations (HUB / Province) that scope who reports where.
- Built core reporting and SLA check flows used by station teams during live shifts.
- Implemented nested multi-section forms with save / submit workflows and validation.
- Shipped admin tooling for users, SLA referentials, and station assignments.
- Integrated Azure Auth (RAM SSO) alongside local account login.
- Connected the React frontend to REST APIs for reports, flights, and referential data.
- Multipart uploads combining JSON payloads with file attachments (e.g. fuel report).
- Deeply nested forms with reliable client-side validation across report sections.
- Large checkbox matrices (Business / Eco / Domestic × 3 checks) without killing UX or performance.
- Dashboard charts comparing N vs N-1 punctuality and multi-axis conformity views.
